Michael Pattwell B.C.L.Michael was a Judge in the District Court for 21 years, during which he gained huge experience in dealing with family issues. His child-centered, practical approach received wide approval from litigants and lawyers.Before appointment to the bench he ran his own solicitor’s practice in which resolution of family issues was again a strong point.Michael is a father and a grandfather and is acutely aware of the everyday issues which arise within families and relationships.
Mairéad O’ CallaghanMairéad is the manager of the Hazelton Clinic. She oversees all aspects of office maintenance, ensures the service quality, implements and supervises all policies regarding confidentiality and ethical conduct, trains and supervises all reception staff. Mairéad also promotes the activities of the Hazelton Clinic
Debbie Hegarty MIACP MIAHIPDebbie is an accredited mediator and a highly experienced counsellor who has worked with many issues concerning divorcing and separating families, parenting issues, conflict resolution, re-establishment of successful communication between conflicting parties, as well as author of various articles regarding mediation processes.
Brian McGill B.A., B.C.L., H. Dip. Ed., Dip. Comp. SciBrian is a qualified solicitor, who is also highly experienced in the field of commercial security, having served on the national board of directors of the Security Institute of Ireland for 4 years.He also had been part of the team with the Irish Helicopters and participated in putting together the first air/sea search and rescue service in Ireland. Since 2009 Brian has dedicated himself fully to mediation, therefore halting his practice as a solicitor. Brian has extensive business & legal experience, and is a qualified mediator in family and civil/commercial mediation.
Kevin O’ ConnorKevin is a certified mediator and a member of the Mediators Institute of Ireland. Before training in mediation he was a qualified registered Psychiatric and General Nurse and has spent 12 years working in this area in various countries, including Saudi Arabia, and the Republic of Yemen. Has also been a registered Offshore Medic in the UK and worked in the Oil and Gas Industry for a number of years in this capacity.Kevin has extensive experience in mediation and conflict resolution, predating his official qualification in 2008. He served the two year term as National President of Reserve Defence Forces and was involved in negotiations at national and government level. He also was the Industrial Relations Officer for the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organization, which led him to take part in multiple negotiations at various levels, leading to successful agreements, such as several Rights Commissioner Hearings, Labour Court Hearings and Employment Appeals Tribunals.Kevin qualified as a mediator in 2008, and has specialized in Organization & Workplace Mediation.
Lorraine Crowley BCL BBSLorraine is a qualified solicitor, who has attained a considerable amount of experience in many diverse areas of law. She recently received an award from the CIT for the best honours business degree of 2011. The combination of law and an acute awareness and understanding of business and organizational issues is crucial in the practice of workplace mediation. Lorraine was also a family lawyer and is now engaged in the practice of mediation, therefore ceasing her practice as a solicitor.
  Tony ConwayTony is the owner of the Hazelton Clinic. He actively participates in everyday activities of the clinic and cooperates with the Clinic Manager in daily management of the Hazelton Clinic.
Emily KennedyEmily works as a Referral Officer, providing information and assistance to the clients, as well as ongoing support to all the panel members of the Clinic.
Iain O’ LearyIain works as a Referral Officer. Among other reception and administrative duties he handles customer enquiries and provides administrative assistance to panel members.
  Greta SkeberdytėGreta assists the Clinic Manager in all issues, specializing in administrative procedures, financial control, marketing and advertising. She is also responsible for content and daily administration of the Hazelton websites, and, when required, provides secretarial and administrative support to the Referral Officers, panel members, and the Clinic Manager.
